Ohio Mutual Insurance Group is developing a new marketing channel strategy. The general purpose of this effort is to “flip the script” of marketing and illustrate the value of policy ownership at Ohio Mutual by presenting preventative claim mitigation techniques. Ohio Mutual believes that giving ideas on preventing a need for a claim creates new perceived policy value.

Ohio Mutual has not yet fully developed the distribution channel, customer database, or a complete portfolio of tools and tips to mitigate claims, and it is actively pursuing strategy and implementation partners.

BlueCozmos designed the questions below to solicit opinions and information on this effort as it develops. These will help create a precise statement of work to assist Ohio Mutual.
